Unexplained System Crashes

If your access application always crashes windows at the same point in its execution, then you may be missing a crucial file for the VBA reference.

To check this out:-

1) Open any form in Design View

2) Click on the Code Icon to open the Visual Basic window.

3) Click on the  Tools then References...

4) The references will be shown as a list:-

Check the OLE Automation file exists - if it does not or is corrupt - Windows Crash !!

Solution - replace the file with a good copy.
